Larnell Vickers, CEO

Larnell Vickers is an experienced executive coach and talent professional within the social good/impact space with over 10+ years of experience. From one-on-one executive coaching, to talent placement and talent recruitment and hiring; he has worked with non-profits, educational organizations and for-profits to help enhance and drive forward their strategic talent plans. Also, he has worked tirelessly to help organizations to get very clear about their “who” when hiring and to then identify top talent that is game changing for the organization.

Kayla Mason, Director

Kayla knows what it means to bet on yourself.

Before she was Director of Career Day for the Soul, she spent thirteen years building organizational capacity, scaling access programs, and powering team engagement for social impact partnerships.

Her leadership roles have included state policymaker, national chief of staff, head of expansion, and most recently, agency founder for entrepreneurs in social good.

Driven by opportunities to affect system-level change, she strives to build connections in high-level industries and uniting diverse groups under a shared vision.
